📦 Processing & Production Time
All of our products are made to order and crafted with care.
- Processing Time: 2–5 business days
- Each item is 3D printed and hand-finished, which ensures quality but does require time
- Processing time may vary depending on order volume

- Free shipping on orders over $35 (U.S. only)
- Flat rate shipping of $5.99 on orders under $35
- We subsidize shipping costs to keep rates as low as possible

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.
- Most orders ship via USPS Ground (typically around 5 business days)
- Oversized items may ship via FedEx Ground
📬 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check around your delivery location, including porches, mailboxes, and nearby areas
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Contact your local carrier, usually USPS, for more details
- Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help
While we’re happy to assist, we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to find a fair resolution when possible.
📦 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us file a carrier claim, please include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box from all sides
- The inside of the box
- All packing materials inside the box
These photos are required for us to submit a claim. Once received, we’ll gladly replace the item at no cost.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in unused, original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using USPS with tracking for the best rates and reliable delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
