📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? Processing typically takes 2–5 business days as all items are made to order.

How long does shipping take? Most orders arrive within 5 business days after shipping (USPS Ground).

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping on orders over $35. Orders under $35 are a flat $5.99.

Will I receive tracking? Yes, tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.

📬 Order Issues

My package says delivered but I don’t have it. Check your delivery area, neighbors, and contact your carrier. If needed, reach out and we’ll help where possible.

My item arrived damaged. Contact us within 3 days and include photos of:

• The item
• The box (all sides)
• Inside packaging - Including packing materials
  

We’ll file a claim and replace the item at no cost.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns? Yes — within 30 days of delivery.

Who pays for return shipping? The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

What condition must items be in? Items must be unused and in original condition.
